What data we ask for in a quote

  • Your name and your WhatsApp number.
  • The products you want a quote for and any notes you write.
  • A condition to consider, if you choose to write one (for example, pregnancy or an allergy).
  • How you reached the website, if it was through one of our QR codes or links.

What we use them for

Only to prepare your quote and reply on WhatsApp with the price and availability. We do not sell them or share them with anyone.

Your health condition

It is health data, so we only use it with your express permission: the box in the form. If you do not tick it, we cannot receive the condition and you can send the request without it.

We use it only to advise you safely on what you ask for. You can withdraw your permission at any time by writing to us.

Where they are kept

  • In a private Google spreadsheet and in the pharmacy's internal app, which only staff with a password can open.
  • The pharmacy gets a notice of each request on Telegram.
  • If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation stays on WhatsApp.

How long we keep them: 12 months from the quote. After that they are deleted.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits anonymously: without your name and with the IP address shortened. You can block it from your browser.

Your rights

Under Dominican Law 172-13 on personal data protection you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to us on WhatsApp or by email and we will reply.
